I am hoping that by
putting this on the internet, I will stick with it better... I have
a tendency of giving up and getting frustrated pretty quick.
I have suffered with
PCOS for years. My biggest downfall is I am a huge pasta and
bread lover... I have to cut them out to as little as possible and
NOW... same with my Pepsi!!
The other challenge
will be getting me to eat more veggies, fruit and meat... I am
extremely fussy about food... so that makes it even more of a
challenge. Plus I don't tend to eat a lot... so I am really
going to have to change almost everything I do.
